Blue Dynasty is an independent media platform owned and operated by Robert Medina, doing business as Malachite Media (“Blue Dynasty,” “Malachite Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using the Website.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when the updated Terms are posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Blue Dynasty Is an Independent Media Platform
Blue Dynasty is an independent sports news, media, commentary, podcast, video, and entertainment platform.
Blue Dynasty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Major League Baseball, the Los Angeles Dodgers, or their respective teams, clubs, affiliates, owners, players, employees, sponsors, or licensing entities, except where a specific relationship is expressly disclosed.
“Major League Baseball,” “MLB,” “Los Angeles Dodgers,” team names, player names, logos, uniforms, photographs, statistics, and other related marks or materials may belong to their respective owners. References to such material are made for news reporting, commentary, criticism, discussion, identification, and other legally permitted purposes.
Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as representing an official statement from Major League Baseball or the Los Angeles Dodgers.
3. Informational and Editorial Content
The Website provides sports news, reporting, commentary, opinion, analysis, rumors, scores, statistics, schedules, interviews, podcasts, videos, and other informational or entertainment content.

You may have opportunities to send us comments, messages, photographs, videos, predictions, story tips, questions, event materials, contest entries, or other content (“User Submissions”).
You retain ownership of original material included in your User Submission. By voluntarily submitting material to Blue Dynasty for possible publication or promotional use, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, distribute, and promote that material through the Website, our social media accounts, podcasts, videos, newsletters, and other Blue Dynasty media.
This license is limited to operating, reporting for, promoting, and distributing Blue Dynasty content and services. It does not transfer ownership of your original material to us.
You represent that:
You own the submitted material or have permission to submit it
Our permitted use will not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights
The submission is not knowingly false, defamatory, threatening, unlawful, or deceptive
The submission does not contain malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising
You have permission from identifiable individuals appearing in submitted photographs or videos when such permission is legally required
We are not obligated to publish, use, return, preserve, or respond to any submission. We may edit, reject, or remove submitted material at our discretion.
If you send us a confidential story tip, clearly identify it as confidential before providing sensitive information. An ordinary contact-form submission should not be assumed to be confidential or protected by a journalist-source privilege.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Website for an illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, accounts, or connected systems
Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material
Interfere with the Website’s operation, security, availability, or performance

Violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
Use automated systems in a manner that creates an unreasonable burden on the Website
We may restrict or block access to the Website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Website’s safety or operation is at risk.
9. Newsletter and Communications
If you subscribe to a Blue Dynasty newsletter, you authorize us to send the communications you requested. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link provided in an email or by contacting us.
We may use third-party email providers to distribute and manage newsletters. Your use of those features is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee the delivery, frequency, or continued availability of any newsletter.
10. Events and Registrations
Blue Dynasty may organize, promote, host, or participate in watch parties, meet-and-greets, live shows, contests, and other events.
Event details, including dates, times, locations, capacity, admission requirements, and included benefits, may vary and will be described in the applicable event announcement or registration form.
Registrations may be handled through Google Forms or another third-party platform. Use of those services may also be governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policies.
Unless stated otherwise:
Registration does not guarantee admission when capacity is limited
Event schedules, guests, locations, and activities may change
We may refuse entry or remove individuals engaging in unlawful, unsafe, threatening, disruptive, or abusive conduct
Attendees are responsible for their own travel, parking, accommodations, food, and personal expenses
Admission, ticket, cancellation, and refund conditions will be stated in the applicable event listing
Events may be photographed, recorded, or filmed. When appropriate, event notices or signage may explain how recordings may be used. Additional releases may be requested for interviews, featured appearances, or other uses.
Blue Dynasty is not responsible for postponements, cancellations, venue restrictions, team schedule changes, weather, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Giveaways and Promotions
Blue Dynasty may periodically conduct giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, or promotions.
Each promotion may be subject to separate official rules addressing eligibility, entry methods, deadlines, prizes, winner selection, required disclosures, geographic restrictions, and other conditions. If separate official rules conflict with these Terms, the promotion’s official rules will control.
Unless otherwise stated:
No purchase is necessary to enter
Entrants must be at least 18 years old and lawful residents of an eligible jurisdiction
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Blue Dynasty or Malachite Media may be ineligible
Entries must be submitted during the stated promotional period
Winners may be selected randomly or according to stated judging criteria
Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility and respond within a stated period
A new winner may be selected if a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not satisfy the applicable requirements
Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated
Winners are responsible for taxes or expenses associated with a prize unless otherwise stated
We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when the advertised prize becomes unavailable
Promotions are void where prohibited
Major League Baseball, the Los Angeles Dodgers, social media platforms, and other third parties are not sponsors or administrators of a Blue Dynasty promotion unless expressly identified as such.
12. Advertising and Sponsorships
The Website may display advertisements provided through Google AdSense, other advertising networks, sponsors, affiliates, or direct advertising relationships.
The appearance of an advertisement does not necessarily constitute our endorsement or guarantee of the advertiser, product, service, representation, or offer.
Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for their own products, services, claims, websites, transactions, fulfillment, and privacy practices. Any transaction between you and an advertiser or third party is solely between you and that party.
Sponsored, paid, or affiliate content will be identified when disclosure is required.

Your use of an external website or service is governed by that provider’s applicable terms and policies.
14. Online Store
Blue Dynasty merchandise may be offered through shop.dodgerbluedynasty.com, which is powered by Shopify.
Purchases, payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, product availability, and customer accounts may be subject to separate store policies and Shopify’s applicable terms. The policies displayed through the online store will govern merchandise transactions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the main Blue Dynasty Website does not directly collect or process complete payment-card information.
Products may differ slightly from digital photographs because of device displays, printing variations, manufacturing processes, or product updates.
15. Website Availability
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, or free of technical problems. Maintenance, hosting problems, software errors, security incidents, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.
We are not obligated to preserve any particular article, feature, archive, submission, service, or Website functionality indefinitely.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties

18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Dynasty, Robert Medina doing business as Malachite Media, and their contributors, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

20. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from the Website will be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent a dispute may lawfully be brought in court, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in or serving Ada County, Idaho.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under the laws of the consumer’s jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, applicable event terms, promotion rules, store policies, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the applicable services.
